Popular FAQs
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built right into your phone. It allows you to
activate a cellular plan from a carrier without having to use a physical, removable SIM card.
You can download multiple eSIM profiles and switch between them easily.
When should I install my eSIM?
We recommend installing your eSIM a day before your departure while you still have a stable
Wi-Fi connection at home. Your plan's validity will only begin once the eSIM connects to a
supported network in your destination country.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes! Because our eSIMs are primarily for data, you keep your original physical SIM active in the
background for SMS/Calls, or just use web apps over the data connection. WhatsApp will continue
to work using your existing phone number without any setup changes.
Compatible Devices
Important: Your phone must be network-unlocked. If you bought your phone via a carrier contract, contact them to unlock it before purchasing an eSIM.
