Install your OneSIM on the phone you will use while travelling. Start with the installation button; QR and manual setup remain available.
Before you start
Connect to reliable Wi-Fi, confirm your phone supports eSIM and is network-unlocked, and read your package’s activation and validity rules. Installation and the start of paid service are not always the same event.
The button opens your phone’s setup screen. You must still confirm installation. If no prompt appears, use the QR or manual option below.
On a supported iPhone, tapping the linked QR image in your OneSIM email can open eSIM setup. In a supported mail app or browser on iOS 17.4 or later, you can also press and hold a QR code and choose Add eSIM.
If your email app does not open setup, sign in through your browser and use My eSIMs instead. Keep the email and installation details private.
Display the code on another device. On iPhone, open Settings → Cellular/Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On supported Samsung phones, open Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM. Follow the QR-code option offered by the phone. Menu names vary.
Open the eSIM details page and copy the SM-DP+ address and activation code. Open Add eSIM in your phone’s settings and choose the manual-entry option. Paste the details exactly. If manual details are missing, contact support rather than guessing.
Check Wi-Fi, your phone’s exact model and region, and whether the eSIM is already installed. Try your normal browser instead of an in-app browser. Do not repeatedly purchase another eSIM to solve the same problem. Contact support with your order number and the error message.
Do not delete an installed eSIM to troubleshoot.
Some profiles cannot be installed again. Removing a card from your account view or deleting a phone profile does not by itself cancel a purchase or request a refund.
